In order to provide a better service to you, we may collect and process the following data about you:

This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. Only the exact value of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card, so you can use the card for more purchases later. No change will be provided.

The pin number is under the scratch panel on the back of the card. Scratch the panel lightly to reveal the pin

No, your eftpos gift card cannot be used at an ATM.

No, you can choose how and where you want to spend your card balance. Any remaining balance after your transaction will stay on the card as long as it’s valid for. This way you can enjoy your eftpos Gift Card more than once!

Using your eftpos Gift Card in store is very easy – simply swipe your gift card at the eftpos terminal. Select ‘SAVINGS’, enter the PIN on the back of card and you’re done.

If the transaction amount exceeds the cards balance, you will need to pay for the remaining amount with a different card or cash.

Your eftpos Gift Card runs on the eftpos payment platform. This gift card cannot be used online or for any ‘card not present’ transactions.

Your eftpos Gift Card can be used to make purchases at merchant that accepts eftpos, subject to the merchant’s discretion. Your gift card cannot be used to withdraw cash.

Each merchant has its own policy about accepting returned items. Please check with the merchant before purchasing items to ensure you know their policy

  1. The balance you have nominated is not available. You can check your card balance here
  2. Your card has expired. The eftpos Gift Card have a 36-month expiry, which can be calculated 36 months from the date of sale.
  3. You have entered the incorrect PIN number
  4. Some stores do not accept eftpos cards

Your eftpos Gift Card should be treated like cash and kept in a secure place. If you register your eftpos Gift Card here and lose or misplace your card and there are still available funds on the card at the time you notify us, we’ll send you a replacement card for that amount.
